Do the work. If your score does not go up, Max is free.
This is a refund policy, not a promise of points — nobody can honestly promise points. But if you subscribe to the annual Max plan, put in real prep through Counsel, and your official score does not improve, we will refund what you paid for the year. The conditions are tracked openly: add the Score guarantee tracker widget to your dashboard and watch yourself qualify.
- Be on the annual Max plan from enrollment through your test date, with your LSAT date set in your goal. The guarantee comes with yearly billing only — a real prep cycle is months, not weeks, and the plan term matches it.
- Do the prep before test day: 40+ study days, 25+ hours of tracked practice, 1,000+ questions, and 2+ completed full-length simulated tests. Tracked practice means time spent actually answering — an open tab counts for nothing.
- Scores compared officially: your new LSAC score report against your most recent prior official LSAT. Never taken one? Your first completed full-length in Counsel is the baseline.
- Claim within 30 days of your score release with both score documents. Refund covers Max payments made during that prep cycle. One guarantee per person.
